I enjoyed almost all of Mr. Wen's articles a great deal until this hate-driven senseless one. First of all, it's way too early to objectively evaluate the rules of Mao and Deng. Secondly, it'd really be a tragedy to implement capitalism in 1949 (just look at India). Thirdly, Mao didn't "massacre" his comrades and push the economy to the brink of collapse as depicted. A few deranged so-called intellectuals controlled the media and made it way out of proportion (and you know it!). We really ought wait another generation or two to see how evrything pans out.
