My failure is referred to not treating you properly. In my mind, this is more serious than just a mistake. I’m not either stupid or evil enough to ignore what I had done to you. However, the damage was done. To some extent, you are still in a bad mood because of my terrible failure (or mistake in public domain). Regardless your comments, I’ll keep trying in different ways for damage control.

I also want to take this opportunity to express my thanks to your friend in Training Dept. The comments you collected become a part of my daily checklist.
