America has the system to put a competent leader such as FDRoosevelt in the key president position. He set up the framework for an internally-和谐 and externally ally-friendly benigh empire.
Crisis means "danger" and "opportunity". For an elite-republic nation such as America, I see more of the latter.
In China where all kinds of incompetent materials are put in key positions(previous example is the P. L.), I see more of the former.
