關于a)，您的說法只是一種假設。我也可以假設有關部門沒有這樣做。但無論如何并沒有說明到底google是否撒謊。

他們聲明沒有人類參與其中，也就是說，沒有人直接看用戶email的內容。
另外，在服務條款的第七條說明，
如果用戶不同意這個條款，可以不使用gmail的服務。
所以我想，如果您是gmail的用戶，您應當接受了這些條款。那就沒什么好抱怨了。
