that's a problem to be concerned. Unregulated competence can bring doom to many of our industries. The American has long realized this; actually if we check the policies made by Wilson/Hoover/Rooservolt and read the debates carefully we can find that their elites were considering this very long ago.

Additional thoughts:

1.It's believed that we, China, are more efficient than the western countries. Somehow they move dramatically and are able to hold policies longer than we thought(i.e. consider the policies of US from Wilson to Rooservolt, not much change actually) while we sometime lag behind.

2.The quality of elites: All elites are ruthless and selfish, this is beyond doubt. However, I must admit that I cannot put too much faith into our elites recently(One good thing is that unlike the elites of the United States who always stay behind the politions and are difficult to recognize, our elites can be easily identified).
