visit States and have a look for yourself rather than listen to just blah blah talk from so-called experts back in China.

There are good neighborhoods and very bad neighborhoods in States. Esp., when there is a high concentration of African Americans around you, your neighborhood crime rate definitely jumped out of roof. That's common sense in States. It is also true in most European big cities.

China also has that problem, but because all Chinese look similar in face and gov. do not publish these data, that's why many Chinese still believe that they live in heaven. For Shanghainese, we all know certain districts are not good places for decent people out of safety concern....
