我不是海军军官，而是一名海岸警卫队武器系统技术人员。我们的船接待过一些巴基斯坦人。他们有些船装备了Mk-15近程武器系统，我们受过他们的对等接待。我记得3名技术人员离开时，巴基斯坦人对武器系统的知识给他们留下了深刻的印象。
有件事让我吃惊：他们需要定期淡水补给，因为他们没有能力为一般运行生产足够的淡水。这几乎让我们每个人吃惊。

I'm not the OP, but I was a weapon systems tech in the U.S. Coast Guard and we took on some Pakistani enlisted people on our ship. Some of their ships had a Mk-15 CIWS system, and we hosted an equivalent of their "chief". I remember the 3 CIWS techs came away with being impressed with the knowledge the Pakistani 'chief' had with regards to the weapon system.
One thing that blew me away with the Pakistani ships is that they needed fresh water replenishment regularly, they didn't have the capacity to produce enough fresh water for normal shipboard operation. This blew almost all of us away...
