You look at the successful nations, such as Ancient Rome, today's Canada, the US under FDR until 1990s. The key of social harmony is BALANCING--everyone's interests will be taken care of in a certain way under a well-respected legal framework. You tax enough from the elites to finance public welfare so that rich and poor will not harm each other in VIOLENT ways as we have seen repeatedly in China's history.

这些人移民，带走的是财富--they take away capital as well as BUSINESS EXPERTISE in different industries, at different levels. Indonesia locals kicked out rich Chinese minority in 1990s. After that, they did not get ECONOMIC PROSPERITY for indonesians, what they got is long term stagnation.

同时也给其他人的发展，让出空间。国内的竞争实在是太剧烈了。

--国内的竞争 sometimes is not very constructive. If you are a salesman, you understand what I mean. 其他人的发展，让出空间--from an overall perspective, it is not good for the society. From individual's perspective, it could be beneficial to low-level staff.

When you reach their level, then you will repeat the same actions... hehe. It is a constant loss of various expertise through brainpower outflow.
