brain/神经元 熱响应 vs 外界, then recover/relaxation, needs time, time interval as such =brain/神经元's特征 time interval, kind of, example: 30 minutes to recover to "normal"熱冲击, back to 平衡 state
2.巨大冲击: rare, small probabilities, illegal, etc, like 高能辐射 destroying brain/神经元's 结合能, once hit, over;
3. 高频冲击@marginal levels, between "illegal and legal", hit brain/神元 every 15 minutes, brain/神经元 always get hit before it recovers, slowly losing its recovering capability, kind of like 温水煮青蛙, but 青蛙 doesn't know about 相變, many parameters on 青蛙's monitor show no dramatic changes, but 青蛙 is getting neutralized, not remembering where its 平衡 state should be, 安樂死 , slowly dropping into 熱庫,... and we all have this kind of risk, such as junk food/media, pollution, and all kinds of marketing, etc
