澳洲这里，每个省的税收都不同，就讲维省吧，买房转名就要交税，这是以下的税率

接着如果这房子是投资用的，还要交土地税，这税是按政府评估的土地价值来计算的。

$1,130,000 - $1,619,999

$8,030 plus 2.75 cents for every $1 of the value that exceeds $1,130,000

$1,620,000 - $2,699,999 $21,505 plus 3.0 cents for every $1 of the value that exceeds $1,620,000
