Second, even if J8-2 is demanded to do this, it should at least carry 5 to 6 ones, equally roughly 3 ton capacity.

So I doubt this picture is taken when J8-2 is doing a test on a single bomb. It's testing the bomb rather than the carrying capacity of the aircraft.
