Keep shorting $10 puts (0.85 for Aug07, strike $10), you will end up having the units at $9.15 (net the short proceeds) the worst scenario (if the unit price drops below $10), and don't forget you will get nearly 17% dividend by then. If you buy the $10 call, it will cost you $0.50,making your actual cost $10.50/unit if you have a chance to exercise? Interesting times, isn't it?
