Well, what I had in mind is more like this one and can be had at a comparable price as office chairs (well below $100):

I can certainly see all the problems in the image you provided. However, for this one, one could actually distribute the body weight on three well placed surfaces (arguably better than one surface) without having a high hip flexion and with a basically flat sitting surface. It does look quite simple and low-tech. One problem is that you cannot lean back and relax on this kneeling chair.
I really enjoy your serials and have recommended them to some of my friends who sorely needed the knowledge you provided here.
我在办公室喜欢把椅子放得极低,靠背向后,几乎是躺在椅子面和椅子背上,电脑高高在上,眼睛仰望屏幕。后来经常背疼,就是脊椎中间,大概在腰眼以上三四节的地方。厉害的时候疼得躺不到床上。后来改变了坐姿,背疼慢慢消失了。不过现在我的坐姿还是不好,总是弓着背,几乎把眼睛凑到屏幕上。不但背的上部不舒服,眼睛视力也下降很厉害。
在家里比较自由,所以我喜欢盘腿坐在椅子上,拔长了背部,把腰部底端和髋部向后靠在椅子背上。有时候喜欢一腿立,一腿盘地坐在椅子上。这样比较舒服,但问题是盘着的腿经常发麻。三个90度的坐法,我总是不能坚持下来。坏习惯不容易改。
这些错误的坐姿会有哪些不利的后遗症呢?请教兄台。
我习惯把脚翘桌上,椅子后翘,笔记本放在腹部(暖胃),身体接近平躺。眼睛到屏幕距离4、50cm。没觉得有什么不舒服的地方,就是不知道长期怎么样。
最近有位同事,前几天还好好的,突然就走路一拐拐的了,一问之下,说是坐姿不正确,但一直没注意变严重了,腰椎间盘突出,压到神经了!
猛然想到上次体检时说我胸椎有点S形,冷汗直冒。
赶紧学习、纠正~~
