there is no doubt that Saddam is a tyrany. but a tyrany being captured by foreign forces in such an inhuman way is an insult to Iraqi people as well as their national pride and sovereignty.
it would have been fundementally different if the US forces let Iqaqi police do the job, even if just symbolically.
