Following the announcement of BoA downgrading BSC, someone bought 1000 contracts of BVDMP (strike $80, Jan 2008) at $4.6 per share at 9:50 AM. That is $460,000 in total. Does this mean something? Is it one of you? Will there be a case of insider trading? Let us wait and see. Please remember the two Chinese couple just pleaded guilty for insider trading. They bought call options worth $47,000 and made $600,000.
