In different aspect, there are different 愤怒青年, which is natural reflect on the group of which interests are lost.

There is no conflict b/w 讲逻辑 and 良心.

To the larger extent on development of China economy, the reflect of 讲逻辑 and 良心 is exactly what central gov is doing --to pursue the 和谐社会--i.e. to share the profits among all classes.

In short, China is trying to develp a new way which ensure the win-win result, which western world realized by exploiting the colonies, and China is not able to do that.
