小弟在一所德国大学读书，现在想申请一家荷兰公司的实习。我以前没有用英语写过实习申请信，所以希望大家给我提点意见。beta版如下：

Dear Mrs. XXX,

I am writing to apply for a 7 or 8 month traineeship in the solar energy branch

of XXX. I am also enclosing my curriculum vitae.

The opportunity presented on the website of XXX is very interesting, and I

believe that my strong technical experience and education will make me a very

competitive candidate for this position.

I am in the final phase of my study at University Stuttgart, and expecting a

Diplom Ingenieur degree (equivalent to Master of Science) in 2010. The key

strength that I possess for success in this position is my rich laboratory

experience. In my laboratory course of Numerical Field at the Institute for

Theory of Electrical Engineering, I learnt how to build 3D models of electrical

devices and use software like COMSOL Multiphysics to simulate the electrical

fields inside the devices. My laboratory course of Photovoltaic at the

Institute for Physical Electronic has allowed me to gain the skills of

structural analysis and characterization of solar cells. I have also worked 3

month at the Institute for Physical Electronic, researching the concept of low

temperature front side metallization. During this project I have not only

acquired further experience of technologies of the fabrication and

characterization of solar cells, like the screen printing and the TLM method,

but also completed the whole process of a scientific research and understood

the flow of the research. This project has also sharpened my desire to continue

in this field.

While I have plentiful laboratory experience, I have also an innovative

attitude. I read a lot of articles about the solar energy, in magazines or

online, paying great attention to new concepts and progresses of the PV

industry.

highly motivated candidates。我应该怎样改动来使自己显得满足这些要求呢？

此外还有一个疑问，这个公司的太阳能部门现在有5个实习位置，每个实习位置的联系人是不同的。如果我同时给

5个联系人写信，是否妥当？或是有什么地方需要注意？
