让我们穿越时空隧道,回到公元2003年.

在911发生后,美国随即在国内国际舆论上推动对阿富汗和伊拉克的战争.出于北约所制订的一国遭袭,既视为全体国家遭袭而协力反击.在阿富汗战争上,加拿大和法国都没有阻挠,而在对伊拉克宣战的立场上,加拿大明确表示无意参与,而法国明里暗里都百方阻挠.于是,在2003-2004年间,美国国内舆论对法国的指责似洪水滔天,而且一度以民间方式抵制法国货.甚至鼓吹文字中去法国化,比如说炸薯条的英文名"French Fries",直译为法国/法式炸薯条,当时美国人一听法国/法式两个字,肺都气炸了,自然要去掉这个French,一场声势浩大的抵制法货行动就那么开始了.

而河友老潘提到的法国高级伏特加,本人猜测是Grey Goose.该公司为了减少损失,很及时的抛出一份公关说明:
