但是，即使在运用过程中发生了错误（误抓了好人），也不会像中国网民那样去指责钓鱼执法行为本身，视钓鱼执法为非法执法。
按wiki举出的例子（如下），颇有一些和上海的case类似的吧，不知怎么个“很不普通法”。比如，让未达法定年龄的人去请求某个成年人为他买酒或烟；装作卖白粉的引诱吸毒者上钩；假扮妓女去诱捕嫖客。
