in downtown Manhattan. Very close to Chinatown. Restaurant run by students of French Culinary Institute. Pre-fix 4/5 course dinner at $45/person. Plus tax and tip, it comes out to around $60/person, so you still have budget for drink. Extremely good price combo. They serve different menu before and after 8pm. Google their website for detail.
