this is actually an very important subject worth a book to talk about, & I have to type in English combined with some Chinese, faster for me.

I am not in this 计算化学 field, so I just make some general & "extended" comments

1. 理性基础="物理数学逻辑化", "效用"物理数学逻辑化 [ 晓兵 ]

in the "white" 物理数学逻辑, if 非正交 or non-linear, the 理性 game is basically over, then we go with trial-and-error and 经验积累 model, and we are just talking about 计算化学 here, how about 计算 human physical life, mental life, social life, economic and political life? long way to go, but QM and its methodology could do a lot in those fields, and whites are start doing "tons" of them.

2. if we can do just a " little bit" 理性 modeling of human brain/mind, we could easily live a lot of healthier and longer, cutting down brain's information collecting/processing cost by a lot

complete 理性 is fundamentally "incorrect" for human being which is a dissipative system, and human being as an individual and organization cannot be "time invariant" , we have to 與時俱進, as 宇宙骄子 to lead those completely 理性 parts of 宇宙;

3. 理性 is almost 先验, once it is "figured" out

using china political top as a model, the Chinese logic is basically 先验 & 理性 by a single party/中央, so far it has worked out very well. compared to india, for now.

4. non-理性, 後验, multi parties

in qm, "一般来说，一个系统不会处于其任何一个可观察量的本征态上，但是假如我们测量一个可观察量的话，其波函数就会立刻处于该可观察量的本征态上。这个过程被称为波函数塌缩。假如，我们知道测量前的波函数是怎样的话，我们可以计算出它塌缩到不同本征态的机率。", so in terms of 观察, there is some 後验/subjective participation in 波函数, vs classical physics 波, classical physics 波 is complete objective or 理性, in the sense that 经典波（物质振动）的振幅大小与能量有关, independent of our 测量 or subjective participation;

"white" could be very stubborn, and sometimes could be handicapped mentally by their firm/extreme believes in the "non-理性, 後验, multi parties" part of their model for economic and political affairs of their society

5. arbitrage

I am not really in a position to "criticize" the Chinese or the "white" model, I am more commenting on the methodology part of their models;

for whites, obviously, wall street is using a lot of modeling and computing power to take advantage of their economic & political system's "non-理性, 後验, multi parties " decision making model;

and in china, we all know, quite a few of those political top are taking advantage of china's model of "先验 & 理性 by a single party/中央"

6.

for any society, it is hard to prevent those system gamers/"腐败分子" (like "some" wall street and "some" Chinese political elite) from taking "undeserved" share of financial and or other assets from their society, “魔高一尺道高一丈" , a much easier and more effective way may be to level the playing/game field, etc
