的一些观点还是很有道理的。

比方说，

1)House is your liability not asset.

2)Financial freedom rather than job security.No job is secure. You can't rely on your company.

3）Social Security and Medicare is not reliable.

4)Passive income is the way to Financial freedom.

5)Invest on value, and don't gamble.

blah, blah, blah

还有那个Rat-race的比喻很形象。而且他鼓励你save and invest。

我觉得的是一个mind set的问题，你不一定完全照他的去做，但你需要接受这些概念。否则的话，的确按他所说的，最后肯定是个穷光蛋，挣再多钱也没用，最后未必能keep住。
