家园 此“帝国大厦”之帝国非彼帝国 德文中应该是Reichstag，意思就是国会。Reich被和第三帝国das Dritte Reich联系起来是翻译的问题，本身它和日本国的国字一样不说明任何政治属性（虽然日本仍旧是帝国制）。
Reich在瑞典、丹麦、挪威语中对应的是rik。它们也有相应的Riksting（国会）、Riksvei（国道）。

Tag在德文的意思是议会，Reichstag就是国家议会，Bundestag就是联邦议会。
第三帝国从国家机构上来说是Weimarer Republik的延续，它的正式国名das Deutsche Reich从来没因为纳粹上台而变更过。1945年以后东、西德都正式和这段包括德意志帝国、魏玛共和国、第三帝国在内不堪回首的历史做了一个了断，停止使用Reich，但并非说Reich本身是“帝国”的意思。
家园 谢了。我相信你的解释是对的。 就是你前贴说的，翻译错了，把希特勒统治翻成了帝国。毕竟，希特勒也是民选上台，翻译成帝国好像也不对，应该翻译成共和国。
