家园 李春城跟斗栽在城投债上。 家园 2003年 成都开始编修《成都市城市总体规划》(2002-2020年)。根据当地媒体报道，按照这一规划，成都市区面积将从2003年的598平方公里，扩大到3681平方公里。
到目前为止，很多地市级领导对城市的发展思路都差不多！
家园 IMF放弃反对资本管制立场 《金融时报》 12月4日国际货币基金组织(IMF)发布研究报告，接受了以直接管制来平复动荡不定的跨境资本流动的做法，称在金融体系尚未发展完备的国家，资本自由流动可能会破坏经济稳定。虽然IMF仍警告称，此类管制应当“有针对性、透明、并且一般来说是暂时性的”，但这一政策相对于该组织在上世纪90年代积极倡导放开资本账户的做法已有了显著转变。
突然觉得，再过10年，什么是资本主义，什么是社会主义。真的不好说了。

IMF is the backyard of European financial elites. They read the numbers and they know the headache down the road.
PIIGs want EU restructuring with more free wellfare transfer from rich nations, BUT WITHOUT loss of national sovereignty--so that the PIIGs political elites can stil enjoy free lunch and political persk. Rich nations want more voting power and super-national control over EU institutions, rather than just play the role of stupid sweet daddy. Both sides are playing a dangerous game with funny implications. At certain point, capital control will be needed.
IMF rule changes have nothing to do with developing nations: they are NOW net contributors and their balance of payments and banking system health are both in their best position in 20 years.
All the IMF rule changes are prepared for Europe and (probably) America, so-called advanced nations. Actually 70% of IMF resources have been spent and wasted on Eastern Europe and PIIG Europeans already. Sorry to call them PIIGs, maybe I should take out Ireland which shows more stamina and manhood in biting the bullet of austerity.
All the remaining wellfare-eater nations, I have to call them just PIGs nations.

家园 just part of Irishmen In Greece, it is the whole nation complaining about everything and there were and are massive protests in millions. So was in Spain, Italy.
Irishmen just chose to bite or flee to North America.
家园 应景的来说，法国想踢掉英国 拉加德不便于直接指名道姓。但借助推动资本管制合理化，让巴黎从伦敦金融城那儿分点肥。把欧洲的日常金融交易的挪一部分回去。
家园 UK is a trojan horse. Europe's reaction is normal. BTW, the blueprint for the EU banking union was out: it was finally a compromise among all parties and UK is in and Germany gave in the end.
I think a total divorce is impossible at the current condition, but the EU is a 天生残疾人。Every one or two years, we will see jaw-dropping drama from that funny land. Euro's credibility is totally gone as a global reserve currency.
家园 资本主义和社会主义原本就不是对立的啊 资本主义和社会主义原本就不是对立的啊。做得好的时候，资本主义和社会主义不但可以共存，而且是互相促进的。社会主义实行得好，有利于提供一个安全合理的环境来发展资本主义市场经济。而资本主义市场经济赚到钱交税，又反过来有利于社会主义的实行。这样就会形成一个良性循环，所以关键是一个度的问题。
极端资本主义和极端社会主义都不是好方法，那种只顾一头的做法，到最后是一头都做不好。
