刚从拉斯维加斯回来，真TNND的热！在Lake Mead边上的高速公路上，看到车内指示120F！
我几周前在Phoenix呆了一星期，天天112度，一到外面就热浪扑面，简直受不了。俺这也以夏季长而热出名，但回来竟像是天堂。
要经常锻练。我害过一阵肩周炎，经过理疗，恢复很快，现在一切都正常了。
没有办法，大概年记到了？
试过理疗吗？好像各人情况又不一样，我还算幸运。
