呵呵，被骗的傻一时，但是狐狸总是要摇尾巴的！可以骗一时，不可以骗永远啊。也可以理解为啥胡笳那么急切地要政改，要化私，要为化公为私正言。“窃钩者诛,窃国者诸侯”的现代版吗？

巴菲特's 理性 is well demonstrated in his investment, now in retrospect: we all know he has a profound understanding of both US economy, and Chinese economy, his famous investment picks are well known.

other than 巴菲特's 理性 of so called "fundamental analysis", we now have what I called AI modeled 理性" of today's "AI 巴菲特": everybody knows that a few HFT firms in WS almost always make money by day trading, they obviously have their kinds of market 理性 modeled out;

and how about TGchina's 理性? very hard to model if you are not one of the insiders.

normally, in physics, 粒子 or whatever a 物理 thing has some kind of 色散關係 equations, but often it is local, and I think that is physics of our feelings, sense etc.

其次盖茨基金会最近经常上镜的是Polio

Polio很大的问题就是阿富汗尼日利亚这些个地方本身就不相信疫苗，也天天打仗，很多地方鸟不生蛋，接种起来很难。在这些地方，要给他全民服药，应该也是很大困难的吧

看到没，成绩哪能都算到盖茨身上啊，更关键的是这些世界顶尖的公共卫生机构，比如世界卫生组织WHO，全球根除脊髓灰质炎polio行动就是WHO多年来的的工作重点，比WHO还关键的是，在WHO的协调下，各国政府的积极配合，比如中国孩子吃了几遍小儿麻痹糖丸了。

俺估计就是盖茨干了一些锦上添花的事情，的确是好事，值得鼓励，比如他的原话：

作为非政府机构，盖茨基金我觉得做的很好。要说忽悠，谁偷谁的credit, 怎么信，信多少还是看自己吧。

怎么补贴医药公司本来就是大范围疫苗最难的一关。这个和张居正改革一样，盖茨要做天使，不能让医药公司都不吃饭了吧。盖茨有钱，他能做的也就是这个，我给你钱，你给我药。

我不太同意说 小儿麻痹根除是早晚 的事。怎么根除？多早多晚？现有患者怎么办，每年新感染的患者怎么办？你也知道阿富汗巴基斯坦的polio又开始向外扩散，可见成果来之不易。

I am going to make a quick and general comment about the physics of "剥削有功", particularly in the area of ideology, politics, and in this case, internationally.

china's credit as a good guy

was 釣魚島 originally part of china?

has china ever invaded into & occupied the territory of any foreign countries (except for the very brief 1979 Vietnam "border conflict")?

how about Chinese people working their ass off with their environment almost totally polluted and contributed a great deal to globalization of modern capitalism?

"TG" china's image as a "bad" guy, "painted" by uncle sam's global 溫度函數

as posted, there can be only one global 溫度函數, and whomever can define that 溫度函數= sysadmin, and as posted before, this is one of reasons why TG needs to defend GFW at whatever cost, so TG=sys admin within Chinese borders, and once a system is defined (often with some kind of 絕熱條件), system's 配分函数 is often 解析的, piece of cake, 江山万代红, there is no "right" or "wrong" in the "absolute" sense: it all depends on TG's definition of "right" or "wrong" ;

can I modify global 溫度函數 so it would not be dominated by Uncle Sam? yes, you can, but where and how do you get the huge amount of energy needed to modify a macroscopic system?

can I modify TGchina's 溫度函數 within Chinese borders? very difficult, given the size of china and Chinese people's traditional and almost unconditional support of their political elite.

obviously, uncle sam's team of all kinds of people is working 24/7 in figuring out how to do it: they are defending the US power in defining and managing global 溫度函數.

with Russian now in a 烏克蘭 economic trap (obviously custom made for Russians by US/west), TGchina is obviously starting to feel the heat of uncle sam's global 溫度函數 operation.

第二，至于他们的钱是不是钱尽其用，比其他人其他手段解决的问题更多更重要，那是个评价问题，是方法问题，不是原则问题。这个也要分清楚。

再年轻30年给他搁大英博物馆里坐几年搞不好会蓄出一脸大胡子阿。

对于这些慈善家，只要他们做的事情符合传统的善恶价值观就可以了。如果他们积极自愿调动手里掌握的资源，做有利于社会的事情，我觉得是很便利的，无论如何是好事。强求资本家不仅要做大善人，还要突破资本主义私有制的历史局限性，未免过分。

盖茨本人注重获得直接经验，他对世界贫困地区的疾病问题认识得很客观，给我的感觉是比多数的西方政治领导人和民意领袖更显洞察和判断能力。下面这张舍身饲蚊照片是他自己昨天发到imgur的。对于疟疾和疟原虫领域的人，这好像是入门仪轨之一。看起来三刀六洞地吓人，其实没啥。如果更多的财主愿意以这种方式显摆，而不是黄金白银地斗富，我觉得更有进步意义吧。
