以前在一名企，该企刚入闽时选省会为点，找了第一批马仔，一年后就在全省招，两三年后垂帘听政，以汉制汉，第一批福州人即成为领导骨干。结果没料到那批人天生遁骨，一旦开眼后毫不犹豫放弃相当不错的待遇出走美日欧，弄得老板门没脾气，辛辛苦苦培养的本地化就此了结，再也不信任本地人了，断了后人的路。
