It depends. As I wrote before, the responsibility is a criterion to check the quality of man/woman. Many of them are really spoiled(Ignore his/her responsibility). In China, people are well protected, and the community could also function as maintaining people in marriage(like release pressure, negative emotions) In States, the pressure is quite big.(job loss happens quite often) Thus some spoiled people could go weird.
