到底有没有区别呢?从理科脑子出发,觉得shake的比起stir来和冰的混合更加充分,除此以外也就是shake的动作要比stir加分不少。想象一下,James俩手指捏这个小伞在那里stir。。。太那什么啦。

According to a study at the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Western Ontario in Canada to determine if the preparation of a martini has an influence on their antioxidant capacity, the shaken gin martinis were able to break down hydrogen peroxide and leave only 0.072% of the peroxide behind, versus the stirred gin martini which left behind 0.157% of the peroxide. The study was done at the time because moderate consumption of alcohol appears to reduce the risk of cataracts, cardiovascular disease, and stroke, none of which afflict James Bond.

好吧,但我不知道两杯以后我还能不能品出shake和stir的区别来,不看,光品
