Old is new again! In the 1980's my company (Rodagas Energy Systems)worked

closely with a consortium of 8 major utility companies called 'Future Fuels'

managed by Mich Con in the Detroit area. We performed the installation and

testing for many types of 'Adsorbent' materials: corn cobs, ceramics,

coconut husk, charcoal and more.

NG out of the pipeline is great for home heating, but the various additives

and impurities found in natural gas do nothing but contaminate the storage

media and shorten capacity after each fill. Fix that problem and you'll have

a winner.
