There’s a warrant out for Putin’s arrest for war crimes, yet our supposed allies Saudi Arabia and the UAE aren’t going to enforce it and arrest Putin. I guess that makes those countries NOT our allies and certainly tells the world they couldn’t care less about the war crimes Putin has committed.
