August 9. Our server database.gcomputing.com has great trouble, what a day, it experience 126.8G traffic in a single day. look at hosting company's price, 100GB/month will cost more than 50$.

No wonder the whole site is blocked. The what is the exciting site about? That is just we see our limit, this 2x1G cpu, 513M, 7200rpm Maxtor server with 100M shared outlet meet its end when daily upload is about 250 files/ 200-300 M bytes and serving more than two thousand photos and 1600 visits at the same time. Comparing to the power of

google, we are so pity.

currently we are learning optimize Apache server make it more powerful as graphic server,just want to see how far this boxes can go.

Now we understand extract the last drop of performance mean something.
