主题：【求救】NT On Access Scanner Service has encountered a problem -- 马鹿
I have a question: Windows XP and everytime I turn it on, a message pops up on the start up menu that says: NT On Access Scanner Service has encountered a problem and needs to close. This action occurs everytime I turn it on. Why is it doing this, and how do you fix it. Any info would be much appreciated.

比如既有norton，又有mcafee，那就删掉一个。如果只有一种，就试试完全卸载再重装了。
and restart to see if different. If the same, uncheck all programs running at startup (you can turn a program on or off as you wish) and restart again. If still the same, you might need to use some system tools to help.
而且, 还总让给微软send report, 不论选择send还是不send都死机, 就是不理这些的时候才能上网
装mcafee时, 自动清除了norton,开始还没现在的问题, 不知道为什么出现. 昨晚重新uninstalled Norton, 但是问题仍然存在.
我怎么没见到需要check/uncheck的地方?
Uncheck the items you don't want them to auto start.

这是一个EXE程序，在C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries下面。（如果你的XP是在C盘）
只有config, 所以问问万一现在这样怎么办? 我晚上才有时间处理那台机器, 怕那时候大家都不在.
(我在排行榜上要超过你了, 就差20分, 再加上我送出的几朵花,肯定超了)
主要是看看Services和Startup两项！

我的norton uninstall以后找不到了, 可是一装mcafee就出现那个NT on access 问题, 看来Norton没删干净.
