                    The purpose of this study was to test the heat resistance of eight different combinations of coatings that are applied on Marine Corps AM2Al6061-T6mats. The objective was to determine which coating is best suited for use on matsexposed to exhaust from short take off and vertical landing aircraft. Each coating combination was first exposed to the flame of three torches from a constant distance for different periods of time. Then, conductivity, hardness, tensile tests and optical microscopy were conducted. The plate with NiAl bond coating, Al2O3/ZrO2 heat resistance coating, and NiCr/SiC non-skid coating outperformed other coating combinations.

            F35B的温度跟AV-8B比只高10度。

            问题是去年英国国防部已经开始给F35B建造专用耐高温起降平台了,转载个简氏的标题:

            说明的确存在这个问题。俺估计陆战队高官公开撒谎的可能性不大,更有可能是在偷换概念,比如说AV8B降落时温度900度推力10吨时间30秒,F35B降落时温度910度推力20吨时间60秒,虽然后者的温度只高一点,但其它的条件要恶劣得多,普通混凝土在前者条件下能挺得住,但在后者条件下就完蛋了。。。

              只有尾喷管初期相对高温。升力20000磅的风扇出气恐怕比常温高的有限。。。

                每个平台造价250万英镑。。。

                又或是平均温度比AV8B高10度,由于风扇吹出来的风温度低,尾喷口要高不少?

                  其实并不要求,只是担心。。。

                  不可能是平均温度,升降风扇气流量该大许多的。。。只是尾喷口的。AV-8B也是4个喷口,前两个是风扇外涵的气流,也不是高温的,只是后两个高温。

                        Close observers of the F-35B have been paying attention to this matter. One of them is Bill Sweetman of Defense Technology International and Aviation Week. He wrote a highly informative news article (not a press release) on the matter in late 2011.

                        Based on Sweetman’s reporting, the Marines had a special pad installed at Yuma (and two other F-35B bases) to withstand the heat and blast of the F-35B vertical landing exhaust–to prevent spalling of standard runway concrete (or even more vulnerable asphalt).

                        Navfac ignored Lockheed Martin and commissioned high-temperature-concrete VL pads at four sites. At the Navy’s Patuxent River, Md., flight-test center, F-35Bs perform VLs on a pad of AM-2 aluminum matting, protecting the concrete from heat and blast.

                        而且提到的这个ignored Lockheed Martin,说的就是,洛马声称只比AV8B高10度,海军却不相信。
