In July 1932, Patton served under Army Chief of Staff General Douglas MacArthur, as a major leading 600 troops, including the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, in an action to disperse the protesting veterans known as the "Bonus Army" in Washington, DC. MacArthur ordered the troops to advance on the protesters with tear gas and bayonets. At one point, when the protesters resisted with bricks and curses, Patton led the last mounted charge of the U.S. Cavalry. One of the veterans rousted by the cavalry was Joe Angelo, who had won the Distinguished Service Cross in 1918 for saving Patton's life.
On July 28, 1932, protesters known as the "Bonus Army," or "Bonus Expeditionary Forces (B.E.F.)," who had gathered in the nation's capital to demand an immediate lump-sum payment of pension funds (benefits) for their military service during World War I, were confronted by Federal troops (cavalry, machine-gunners, and infantry) following President Herbert Hoover's orders to evacuate. (While Congress had approved the payment in 1924, the bonus was not payable until 1945.) The presence of the Bonus Army was a continuing embarrassment and source of difficulty for Hoover. He sent in troops under the command of Brigadier Perry L. Miles and General Douglas MacArthur. The veterans faced tear-gas bombs, bayonets, and tanks. Riots erupted and the veterans eventually disbanded.

Sorry I cannot type Chinese now.
I found a book on Amazon:
The Bonus Army : An American Epic
One of the readers wrote about this book:
I don't own the book so cannot tell if it's useful to your question. But in general, such events could be buried in dust and the best way to dig out the truth is to look into some academic literature, like Jstor. Also, American universities' history courses can often provide vivid details.
Years ago, I had a book about American military history, you may also find some details in those books.
Good luck and let me know if you find the needed referece. And you can even write an article on that. As a rule, cchere encourages research and conscientious efforts to recover historical truth.
